Pool Oracle Consultancy Service Rates and Standard Charges

Option 1
Service Includes:
- Unlimited phone calls taken by Pool Oracle relating to any pool issues you are experiencing with your own pool or at any of the pools you hire for business purposes. Offered to you as a service on a 24/7 basis. This is based on the fact that most pools operating for business purposes are open 7 days a week.
- Calls to facility operators (where applicable) by Pool Oracle to discuss and hopefully diagnose issues being experienced with their pools.
- Contact with facility by phone or e-mail (where applicable) will be maintained until the issue is hopefully resolved. Each pool issue will receive a maximum of 48 hours of Pool Oracle time.
- Access to Pool Oracle sourced pool engineers if the issue requires maintenance/repair or replacement to associated pool plant machinery.

Option 2
Service Includes:
- All of Option 1 plus:
- Phone or e-mail advice on Legal and Health & Safety requirements for operating a pool facility.
- Updates on changes in legislation and regulations in terms of operating pool facilities.
- Monthly monitoring/audit process in terms of performance and operation of your own pool facility or pools which you hire for the operation of your swimming business. This would be documented and discussed via phone or skype whichever is suitable.
- Fully expensed 1 day visit by Pool Oracle(within the 6 month minimum contract period) to provide site visits, meet with potential pool hirers or supply office based pool training(not accredited) and/or advice on any aspect of your pool/s operation or the general performance of your swimming business.
